  • It is NOT mandatory to hire an immigration consultant or lawyer for any Canadian immigration application. You may visit the official Canadian Immigration website run by the Government of Canada and follow the steps there if you wish to file your own application. The website is – https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship.html
  • The granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the government of Canada and not Nag Immigration. We help file a complete application, but the final decision is always made by IRCC – Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada, the branch of the Canadian Government that deals with immigration.
  • The fees we charge are NOT refundable in case your application is refused.
  • You may, however, cancel our services at any time, and any fee you paid for work NOT performed will be returned to you within 15 calendar days.
  • Nag Immigration is governed by Canadian law and does not offer services to any countries sanctioned by the Govt. of Canada.
